Eddie Andrews

ACTOR | SINGER | SPIRITED MOVER

Hey there! My name is Eddie, and I am an Equity actor and writer based in New York City.

Background:

I was born and raised in the Midwest. Homeschooled through the 8th grade, I completed my education by graduating from a Catholic high school and then studying theatre at a historic women's college. Suffice to say, I believe in non-traditional education paths!

I previously lived in NYC from 2014 to 2019 before heading back to Missouri, forsaking the arts as a career path and declaring I would be a "normal person." After a few years, it became apparent that I did not know the meaning of "normal." So I threw myself back into performing, and I was lucky to work steadily in the Midwest. Late in the summer of 2025, six years after leaving the first time, I again made my way to New York--and I could not be more elated to be back.

Interests:

In addition to being a performer, I am a giant history nerd with an insatiable desire for discovering new music, literature, and cinema. As for fun, I love nothing more than an introverted walk or bike ride around Manhattan. You can also often find me baking, reading, writing, watching old movies, working on my biography of Broadway's Tammy Grimes, and going on diatribes about the art of the Musical Comedy.

Vibes include:

"a classic, bombastically Broadway voice,"

"elegant, Old Hollywood stature,"

"supportive baby sitter energy."

Make of this combination what you will!

Thanks for stopping by!
